Purchasing Online from PBXEQ

There have been a lot of reports on fraudulent charges, identity thefts and misrepresentations on marketing. PBXEQ understand these customer concerns. This is why our online purchasing process has been structured to assure maximum security for our buyers:

1. Customers can purchase products from PBXEQ through their secure online cart. PBXEQ accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express. This is a 2 minute process if you are from USA. However, if you are from outside USA and you want to purchase PBXEQ items using a credit card, PBXEQ has a different payment process.

2. For higher security for international CC orders, PBXEQ requires customers to send in a signed fax copy of their credit card authorization form. This can be requested from sales@pbxeq.com or by going to www.pbxeq.com and chatting with any of our customer service associates.

A customer needs to specify the amount he authorizes to be charged on his credit card and should refer to PBXEQ Store for the pricing and shipping cost. The signed form may be faxed to 187788PBXEQ (72937) or sent via email (scanned) to sales@pbxeq.com

All international orders need to go through this process. Also, all US-originated purchases for more than US$500 need to sign a CC authorization form.

3. To encourage more customers to purchase from PBXEQ, this VOIP distributor also accepts wire transfer, Western Union and Paypal payments.
